How your account is activated

Activation needs a few technical steps that we do together with you:

  • The chat for your website and your customer app are set up and connected to your account.

  • WhatsApp: requires your business to be verified by Meta. The business does the verification itself; once you are verified, we help you connect it.

So we set it up with you, and the subscription only starts once it actually works. Typically within a working day.
